Programs and Services:Males and females ages 6-20, and boys in grades 1-8, are provided with educational (day and residential) and therapeutic services. Individual therapy and family services may also be incorporated in the program. A multi-disciplinary clinical team assesses and determines treatment strategies and weaknesses in several areas and develops an individual treatment plan. Behaviors which prevent a student's reintegration become the focus for change through comprehensive treatment.

History and Philosophy:Founded in 1958, Spaulding Youth Center's history extends over 135 years since its origins in the New Hampshire Orphans Home (1871). Spaulding Youth Center is dedicated to improving and enriching the lives of emotionally and/or intellectually challenged children, youth and their families.
